Running - I am still learning that I am not indestructible
When I started running, I made every possible mistake, which resulted in a calf injury that kept me away from running for almost 3 years. There are no shortcuts in running, you either move forward or you fall back. Just like when learning foreign languages, when it comes to running you need to take care of several elements at the same time, such as: sleep, healthy eating and running training. Running is largely a type of theoretical learning that must then be put into practise. This experience gave me a renewed desire to seek and acquire knowledge, not only related to running but another field as well.
